LOGLINE: An anxious guy navigates through a stressful New Year’s Party as he tries to call his long-distance boyfriend before the stroke of midnight. Character breakdowns: FELIX (early 20s): An anxious guy who is caught between a party and his lover. He’s determined and wants resolution and closure, but the situations around force him to retract into his own mind, where he’s overwhelmed with overthinking and panicking. - Must be Bilingual. - Preferably a person of color (Asian, Black, Arab, etc). OSKAR (early 20s): A goofy guy that likes to prod situations with humor in order to deflect them. He means well, but might accidentally say the wrong thing sometimes. He’s usually the one to make the first move. - Must be a fluent Anglophone. - Preferably a person of color (Asian, Black, Arab, etc). MARION (early 20s): She’s one who doesn’t shy away from what she wants to say even when it makes other people feel awkward. She’s loud, but ultimately loyal. - Must be Francophone. (English needed only for communication). - Preferably a person of color (Asian, Black, Arab, etc).
